Time-lapse video: Setting up the big dinner tent.

  • 550 people
  • Seated dinner
  • Full technical production

The event is a private function for 550 people on the field of Carolina Panthers stadium.

If you are wondering about the green patch - flooring a NFL football field isn't cheap, and this area couldn't be seen by guests so we opted to save the money and not floor it.

Events like these demand a quick turnaround and a coordinated vendor arrangement:

The floor goes down on Monday,
Tuesday, one tent goes up,
On Wednesday, the second tent goes up and the carpet goes down.
Thursday, the tech gets installed.
Friday, all the rentals/decor are set.
Detailing and rehearsals/sound check on Saturday.

Event Saturday night. It all is gone by 6pm Sunday night.
