As Chief Experience Officer and Owner, Cassie brings a dynamic and results-oriented approach, blending a serious commitment to excellence with a refreshingly fun and creative spirit to consistently deliver extraordinary experiences for our clients. Cassie also holds the esteemed Certified Special Events Professional (CSEP) designation from ILEA, underscoring her deep industry expertise and unwavering dedication to the art and science of special events.
With over two decades of experience, Cassie is a recognized authority who has expertly guided numerous high-profile events for Fortune 500 companies, professional sports teams, and influential national associations. Her passion lies in truly understanding each client’s unique vision and thoughtfully translating it into a memorable and impactful experience, always with the utmost care and a keen eye for the smallest (but most important!) details.
Cassie’s strategic prowess is built upon a solid academic foundation, including a bachelor’s degree in hotel, restaurant and tourism administration from the University of South Carolina, and a master’s degree in tourism administration and event management from The George Washington University.
Joining TCG Events in 2002 as a Project Manager, Cassie’s impact was immediate, playing a pivotal role in the firm’s national growth. By 2006, she was appointed Director of Events, and in 2011, her dedication and vision led to her acquisition of TCG Events, where she now serves as President and CEO.
Under Cassie’s thoughtful leadership, TCG Events has proudly earned numerous awards, a testament to the team’s innovative spirit, meticulous planning, and unwavering commitment to exceeding client expectations. Known for her exceptional ability to skillfully navigate complex logistics and develop robust contingency plans (because life happens!), Cassie ensures seamless event productions that leave a lasting positive impression. She has also shared her knowledge as an adjunct professor at Johnson & Wales University and Central Piedmont Community College, inspiring the next generation of event innovators.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Cassie actively engages with her community. She dedicates her time and expertise as a Board Member and Board Chair for the McColl Center for Art + Innovation and Clayworks, championing the power of arts and culture.
While deeply committed to her clients’ success and the intricate world of event planning, Cassie also believes in the importance of personal enrichment, with her passion for delivering superior client experiences matched only by her adventurous spirit for exploring the wonders of the world through travel.
