If you are wondering about the green patch - flooring a NFL football field isn't cheap, and this area couldn't be seen by guests so we opted to save the money and not floor it.
Events like these demand a quick turnaround and a coordinated vendor arrangement:
The floor goes down on Monday,
Tuesday, one tent goes up,
On Wednesday, the second tent goes up and the carpet goes down.
Thursday, the tech gets installed.
Friday, all the rentals/decor are set.
Detailing and rehearsals/sound check on Saturday.
Event Saturday night. It all is gone by 6pm Sunday night.

Cassie joined TCG Events in 2002 as a Project Manager, where her impact was immediate; she played a pivotal role in the firm’s national growth, earning her appointment as Director of Events in 2006, and in 2011, her dedication and vision culminated in the acquisition of TCG Events, where she now serves as President and CEO.
Under Cassie’s thoughtful leadership, TCG Events has earned numerous industry awards, a testament to the team’s innovative spirit, meticulous planning, and unwavering commitment to exceeding client expectations. Known for her ability to navigate complex logistics and develop robust contingency plans (because life happens), Cassie ensures seamless event productions that leave a lasting positive impression.
